Who we are

What we collect

  • Account data: name, email address, phone number (optional), company name, and authentication identifiers.
  • Business data: information about the business locations you connect, including data retrieved from Google Business Profile with your authorization.
  • Google authorization data: OAuth tokens that let us act on profiles you manage. Tokens are encrypted at rest.
  • Payment data: order and payment references from Razorpay. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Usage data: logs of actions in the product, security events and basic technical data (IP address, browser).
  • Communications: messages you send through contact forms or support.

How we use it

To provide the service (audits, recommendations, approved publishing, reports), process payments, secure accounts, provide support, send service emails, and comply with law. We do not sell personal data.

Sharing

With service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, database, email, payment processing, AI processing) under contract, with Google when you instruct us to update your profile, and where required by law.

AI processing
